   Manage and deliver large, complex technology projects for Acquisitions, Channels (Customer Contact Center, Branch, Mobile and Online Banking), Lending and Product Operations by actively partnering with Business, Product Management, Technology, Operations and Vendor teams to ensure a quality customer experience, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the business & technology roadmaps. • Managed multi-year $14.2MM iterative program (15 projects) to transition North American check processing operations and technology to a new managed service model enabling $6.8MM in annual cost savings, creating a seamless customer service experience, increasing processing capacity and introducing a blueprint for future innovation at the bank by creating an industry leading operating model and modernizing data & cognitive capabilities. • Managed $23MM agile project to improve the Lending customer experience, reduce small business loan origination cycle times, reduce the cost to serve by $7.5MM and increase revenue. • Led international, cross-functional team in the design & delivery of an automated, low-touch, digital loan origination, dynamic credit adjudication, deposit account opening and automated product fulfillment solution using Hadoop, OpenShift, Data Streaming, MongoDb and other technologies. • Accountable Project Manager on multi-year $16.5MM program to integrate reporting and analytics tools for the $8.7B GE Transportation Finance acquisition.• Led team in design, execution & implementation of solutions (900+ reports/dashboards & ETLs) for Reporting, Analytics, BI and Data Warehouse capabilities across multiple LOB using Business Objects, Qlikview, SpotFire and other technologies. • Managed $5.6MM, 20M hour strategic project to upgrade and standardize contact center technologies (platform, servers, switches, call routing, call recording and reporting) in all US customer contact centers providing a $750M annual savings to the enterprise.
