ABOUT IVÁN FERRER

As a human resources specialist with experience in the recruitment of experts for EU funded projects, I have expertise in personnel management, including negotiation, agreement, and contractual affairs. I have also managed the financial aspects of project implementation, including the preparation of budgets, negotiation of economic conditions, and control of incomes and outcomes. In my role as a Project Manager and Backstopper, I have managed projects through all cycles, from partnership establishment and proposal preparation to project implementation, management, and coordination. I have coordinated missions within the Framework Contracts, including the FWC SIEA 2018 Lots 6 and 5, and the FWC PSF Lot 2. I have a deep knowledge of PRAG rules, EU procedures and policies, and Project Cycle Management, and am experienced in the quality control of project reports and other project outputs. I have a good understanding of donors\' development cooperation agendas and strong communication and visibility skills, including the ability to advise on strategy and visibility plans, communication channels, materials, and services. In addition, I am proficient in the translation and proofreading of various outputs, including agreements, technical specifications, project financial statements, and reports. I have extensive experience in the management of contracts with the ETF for the \"Provision of expertise to support ETF initiatives for Human capital development\" in 2018. I am well-versed in the preparation of technical and finance proposals, including the drafting of budgets, evaluation of offers, and monitoring and reporting. I am a skilled communicator with a strong ability to work with a variety of stakeholders, including public institutions, local authorities, and private actors. I have a proven track record of facilitating workshops and providing information to these groups and am adept at building and maintaining relationships with them. Overall, my combination of expertise in human resources, personnel management, and project management, as well as my knowledge of EU procedures and policies, make me a valuable asset to any organization.
