ABOUT INTAN TAUFIK
Hi, I\'m Intan Taufik, a researcher and lecturer in the School of Life Sciences and Technology, ITB. I received my undergraduate and master\'s degree from ITB studying the diversity of mangoes and Anacardiaceae using molecular techniques. I did my PhD training in molecular microbiology at the University of Groningen. Currently, my research focuses on the the expression of enzymes using microbes; I also study microbial diversity around us; with a specific interest in coffee-related processes (farms & post-harvest processing). I have helped two companies, one in producing diagnostics-related enzymes, and the other in producing microbial starters for improving post-harvest processing.
