Order management leader for Pet Business, Manage and coordinate the day-to-day order processing as performed by staff; including order entry, order status, return authorization, billings, credits, order release, pricing, account maintenance/set up, allocation discrepancy resolution, customer service, sales support, warehouse and transportation communication and overall order fulfillment. Communicate department performance to senior management by preparing charts/slides/information as required. Ensure compliance to company SOX requirements as well as customer routing guide requirements when applicable. Maintain accurate records and documenting all order management activities. Manage the approved budget of the department.
