ABOUT FLAVIANO MARTINS QUEIROZ

I am an Executive in Industrial Operations, with extensive experience in the areas of Factory Management, Industrial Projects, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Lean Manufacturing, KPI\'s Management, Preventive Maintenance and Quality Assurance in products and suppliers. Having worked in large and medium-sized multinational and national companies in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical segments. My trajectory started very early in the power generation sector, later I worked in the Nestlé dairy, instant products and beverage sector for almost 10 years. I was invited by Kerry to work on the industrialization of inputs, ingredients and private brands still in the food sector, where I remained for 7 years. I worked briefly at Cimed, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies, and once again I was invited to a strategic challenge at Liotécnica, where I worked for almost 10 years. I have a degree in Production Engineering and Business Administration, totally focused on Business Plan, Management by Guidelines, S & OP Cycles, Open Innovation programs, Capex and Opex management, Automation and Retrofits of processes and equipment. I have extensive experience in Implementation of Continuous Improvement Programs, Preventive maintenance, Quality tools and preparation for industry 4.0. Very engaged in reducing costs, expenses, labor, losses and increasing productivity. Among my strengths are the management of multidisciplinary teams, continuous improvement, compliance with guidelines, crisis management and increased productivity for availability and delivery of results. Disciplined in monitoring indicators (KPIS), management of routines, standardization and execution of action plans to comply with schedules and route correction.
