Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, Integrity Systems Company (ISC) I am responsible for effective delivery of the Integrity System programs of work through development and leadership of product strategies and roadmaps, and collaborative partnerships, leveraging investment from other agricultural sectors. Leading a team of 12 (Research & Insights, Digital Adoption and Product Strategy teams) I provide leadership and strategic direction for ISC’s investments in research and adoption and I am responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic product roadmaps, including individual product go to market strategies.A key responsibility in my role is to provide thought leadership to drive uptake of digital technologies in the red meat industry. Our users are spread across multiple stakeholder groups with different needs and requirements and the role includes understanding and balancing the needs of our product users, delivering solutions that eliminate their pain points. Achievements include: Product leadership via strategy roadmaps and adoption plans for the integrity products, including National Livestock Identification System and Livestock Production Assurance Lead and drive a multi-stakeholder, cross-sector partnership for the development and implementation of the Australian Agrifood Data Exchange
