I manage a portfolio totaling 4,539,098 rsf and facilitate in the leasing of retail and office space across the city. As well as conceive and develop the strategic marketing strategy and create new promotional advertising streams for the firm. I work directly with accounting executives to ensure cost is kept at minimum and to create yearly budgets. I also interface directly with commercial operations to manage and maintain each property and all construction aspects I facilitate the entire lease negotiation process while working closely with legal department to ensure that each transaction is completed successfully and in a timely manner. I\'ve organized large events in the brokerage community for up to five hundred people and up. I\'ve Created press releases and articles based on all completed transactions to be featured in major publications and online.
