ABOUT ISABELLA FALAUTANO
I am a C-Suite Executive with almost 30 years experience on Sustainability and Public Affairs, back to the private sector in Angelini Industries as Group Chief Sustainability Officer, after having been civil servant in Cassa Depositi e Prestiti. Previously C-Suite in the bank illimity and in the multinational insurer AXA and much more. I am passionate in driving multistakeholder storytelling and storydoing tailored on the lifecycle of corporate groups and institutions, from purpose building to starting the transformative engine of sustainability to drive change and positive impact. I love leading and fostering teams with a long term view, blended with pragmatism, authenticity and caring of people. I truly believe in my being a European citizen, since I grew up with two cultures having Italian and Austrian descents, and I translate my international and transversal mindset and curiosity in envisioning and innovating, with a very strong focus on execution and getting things done in agile and smart ways. Before joining the private sector, I learned how to drill in contents in a think tank in international trade, as well how to connect the dots in the bigger picture and engaging stakeholders in domestic and international istitutions. I am active in various international networks, all linked by the ideas of creating bridges: World Responsible Leader of the BMW-Quandt Foundation, Marshall Memorial Fellow of the German Marshall Fund of the United States, Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France. Engaged into women empowerment: 2024 Women Excellence Award / Founder of Angels4women and #illimither / BoD of ValoreD / In The Boardroom / Linkedin 2021 Gender Equity List / 100esperte.it listing / top 100 digital women in Italy/ Unstoppable Women Believer (and doer) in giveback to young generations / Mentor and Business Angel of startups. My motto is walk the talk. All opinions are my own.
