ABOUT ISABEL HERNANDEZ

My name is Isabel Hernandez and I\'m a senior pursuing a BBA in Marketing with a minor in Commercial Real Estate from UT El Paso — graduating December 2025. Born and raised in El Paso, TX, I\'m a native Spanish speaker, and my family is from Chihuahua, Mexico. My family instilled in me the values of family, community, and excellence, always striving to make a positive impact from a very young age. I earned my Texas real estate license, successfully managing home transactions for sales and leases. As a Program Manager Intern at Raiz FCU, I led the Raiz scholarship and grant program, assisted in coordinating corporate events, and developed a financial literacy summit for students in partnership with UT El Paso. Additionally, I have three years of student leadership experience, and served various roles like President and VP of Marketing at the Real Estate Club and VP of Talent and Development and VP of Marketing at the American Marketing Association. ‍ I aspire to work in marketing leadership or corporate commercial real estate development. I strive to be in environments that encourage continuous professional and personal growth, and wellbeing. In my free time, I enjoy journaling, exploring new restaurants, visiting farmers\' markets, and practicing yoga! My strengths include content creation, social media management, strategic planning, project management, and event coordination. I am very organized and adaptable to new people and environments, and I love learning from diverse perspectives.
