WORK HISTORY

ABOUT ISAAC TUBANIA ALVARADE

My name is Isaac Tubania, and I currently serve as the District Manager for the North Phoenix office. I began my journey in May 2024, originally seeking a role that offered flexibility and strong earning potential while working full-time as a Wedding DJ.What started as a practical opportunity quickly turned into a career I’m passionate about. Early on, I pushed myself outside of my comfort zone, leaned into learning, and embraced the positive, fast-paced office culture. Within my first few months, I was promoted to Assistant Manager, and shortly after, earned a promotion to District Manager. To date, I’ve generated over in career sales, a reflection of consistency, coachability, and a strong work ethic. What drives me most is developing people. I love helping individuals grow in areas that aren’t always taught in school—communication, time management, leadership, confidence, and the ability to positively impact others. My leadership philosophy centers on creating an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow both professionally and personally. My mission is to build a team of highly driven individuals, foster a winning and positive culture, and help others step outside of their comfort zones to achieve results they once thought were impossible—both inside and outside the office. We’re always looking to connect with highly driven, competitive, and growth-minded individuals who want to develop real-world skills in leadership, communication, and personal growth while being part of a high-performing team.
