I’m a product and platform leader with 15+ years of experience building scalable SaaS platforms, developer control planes, metadata ecosystems, and event-driven systems.Today my focus is on catalog-first platforms — developing a unified catalog that brings consistency to APIs, events, datasets, and connectors, helping producers publish and consumers integrate more easily across Amadeus domains: airlines, hotels, airports, payments, and travel distribution.Alongside this, I lead the end-to-end event lifecycle: enabling producers to publish with AsyncAPI, distributing through Kafka-based architectures, and giving consumers self-service access with observability features like metrics, logs, replay, and governance guardrails.I bring a blend of product strategy, technical fluency, and people leadership, having managed PMs, BAs, engineers, and UX/DevOps teams through both direct and functional roles. I’m passionate about simplifying complexity, mentoring teams, and driving adoption through clear OKRs, automation, and scalable governance.At the intersection of business value, technical feasibility, and developer experience, I help engineering teams build with clarity and confidence.
