ABOUT INGVILD VAAGSETHER
I\'m an energetic and experienced Performing Arts Producer, Cultural Entrepreneur, Dance Festival co-founder and -manager, Choreographer, Performer, Teacher and Director. I have a strong passion for choreography and production management, and a commitment to innovation for education and the arts as a way to support people and communities in their pursuit of happiness and wholeness in a sustainable fashion and way of life. In addition, I believe that there are no limits to human growth and learning - there can always be something more added to someone\'s horizon, it\'s all just a matter of playing the right strings in the right manner and seizing the opportunities as they arise. I am passionate about youth culture and development, and creating safe new spaces for marginalised groups in the arts and young people with all their wondrousness, questions and queries. I believe in mutual respect regardless of our differences, hard work paying off and that sincerity and kindness will get you further than anything else. Aiming for a better, more sustainable tomorrow - every little bit helps.
