As a CPCC (Certified Co-Active Coach), I have enhanced my repertoire over the last 5 years and thrive on coaching individuals in all areas of their lives. Although many come to me for career coaching, it usually spills into every area of my clients lives. Asking empowering questions, moving towards living their best life ever, and seeing the results of the deep dive I take with my clients is why I have moved into the coaching space full-time. Preparation is key! Nothing robotic and over rehearsed, but having the tools in the shed, and the preparation to articulate your best self is important.\"Apply\" and \"Send\" can be the two most discouraging words for individuals in the thick of the job hunt. Networking Skills is the most effective way to find the best jobs. It really is all about WHO you know, at least initially. Networking is my passion, and frankly my joy.
