As a Supply Ops Manager, I am responsible for the operational relationship with suppliers. I maintain a recurring agenda with key suppliers and provide them with our operational data, aiming to improve processes, reduce occurrences, and increase the quality of customer service. I also oversee systemic integrations with the Product and Commercial teams, conduct Onboarding for new suppliers, and provide recurring reports to the Commercial team on the operational health of each supplier. Additionally, I track the performance indicators of each supplier and develop action plans to improve them, as well as recruit, train, and supervise employees.
