started as a consultant/advisor (10/2011) then regular employmentin charge of CSR in Auchan Polskareporting directly to the CSR and Communication DirectorCSR- cooperating with partners, e.g: Global Compact, French Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Poland, Banki Żywności, DKMS, Wioski Dziecięce, TFT, PAH, MSC, WWF - ogranizing and communicating projects internally (76 stores) and externally - Auchan Youth Foundation Grant Cometition 2016 - project process and documentation (regulations, communication), coordination of the process, creation of evaluation methodology and the process and necessary documentation for the contest- development of CSR strategy of Auchan Polska- Organizing CSR projects e.g: the Environmental Exhibiton - educational project addressed to school children (preventing global warming), patronage of Global Compact Polska; healthy eating project; World Youth Day, Texti Food projetct etc- creating procedures, processes and manuals - e.g. local engagement, organizing donations in the Auchan stores, donations and cooperation with local fundations, store director\'s manual (coommunication and local engagement)- collection of clothing, recycling; compliance, anti-corruption tranininig- CSR reporting - including: Global Compact Communication on Porgress (COP - 2010, 2011, 2012), CSR reporting 2011, 2012, 2013 (GRI based); GC reports - reports - Communication and PRwriting articles, adds, publicity materials, organizing events (succh as 20th anniversary Gala, the General Shareholders meeting, international Auchan team\' meetings), communication and animations in stores, intranet platform;
