Ilija B.

Founder and CEO @Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget I Norden Ab

Stockholm, SE

I founded SBB based on my broad experience by being involved as investor, Board member and advisor in building up several IT companies that I successfully exited. Building up Rikshem from zero to largest residential player in Nordics and participating in delivering amazing returns to Swedish pensioners. Being fortunate to serve as Mayor and deputy County Commissioner, as well as civil servant and advisor to Swedish government in different positions. On top of that I hade my immigration experience with my long experience from studying demographics. Finally I hade the most important ingredients with me and those are my people (you know who you are, I have being learning from you, being inspired from you and cooperating with you). That is why we will create the largest player in social infrastructure in the World. We have just started our journey and will continue until the mission is fulfilled: Building the company that is more safe than government bond and that deliver much higher returns. A company serves the shareholders and the society. You should buy the shares in SBB and give them as Christmas gifts to your grandchildren. Some of the achievements I am proud of you will find below:2005 Visiting research fellow at EU commission, DG ECOFIN2007 Published the first demographic projections of Swedish population development up to 2030 and future needs for Helth care and elderly care by using Swedish Educational registers.2009 Highest ranked in its field and ranked Nr 15th of 101 super talents in Sweden by Swedish business magazine Veckans affärer.2010 Saved USD 1bn of tax payers money by renegotiated parts of already signed deals regarding Nya Karolinska hospital construction and financing agreements. 2016 I Founded Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB), Nordic largest company within social infrastructure2018 SBB awarded the best real estate company in Sweden.2019 SBB announced controlling 88.1 of the votes in Hemfosa Fastigheter AB
