Serving as External Consultant at the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)In my tenure at EFSA, I had the opportunity to work on two critical projects: the Procurement to Payment (P2P) and HOME Meetings & Events platform. P2P is the procurement platform of EFSA that communicates with EC ABAC to exchange financial information and execute budgetary and accounting operations. HOME is the Meetings and Events restructuring and platform project that combines all logistics operations of EFSA from a meeting request to the payment of invited experts. My duties included: Working closely with EFSA\'s Finance, RAL and CORSER assigned Work Package Leaders and other stakeholders to elicit, document, prioritize, analyse and validate business needs and solution requirements and translate those to DevOps user stories along with Business Rules following the INVEST framework. Preparing and maintaining the BRD, Software Requirement Specification and User Guide for an Appian Application Organize and facilitate workshops (on-site or online) and storming events Conduct feasibility study on Agentic AI On a daily basis I work closely with EFSA Staff Senior Business Analyst and Architect and UI/UX designer and Tech lead to ensure that the User Stories are clear and ready for development Produce and maintain business analysis outputs, including use cases, requirements, mockups, user stories, and data models Verify and validate requirements, manage requirements traceability Prepare and conduct user training Prepare and conduct UAT testing and end-to-end simulation testing with more than 60 EFSA Scientific Coordinators and Administrators Provide input and collaborate with the testing team members in drafting and reviewing the test plans and test cases
