With vast experience in the software development ecosystem, I am a professional enthusiastic about developing innovative and efficient solutions. AI First pillaring my actions. As manager of the software development department of the company, the umbrella group below me consists of 75 people and 11 tech leads (coordinators). I love staying connected with the generation of value and its complexities. Impacting many people\'s lives directly or indirectly is a constant for me. Segware is a leading company in electronic security systems and video monitoring, and my mission is to ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of services and products. I do this through technology management, project management, and people management. I continually seek out the most advanced and relevant technologies for the market, software development, and cloud infrastructure.I have the challenge of leading a team of qualified and focused professionals who work together to deliver personalized and integrated solutions for Segware’s clients. My specialty is connecting strategic management (C-level) with the tactical level (coordinators and leaders); the management and training of new leaders are required to achieve long-term objectives. My strong point is in relating technology with finance; the recent term “FinOps” has become a fundamental practice and culture for success. As an intrapreneur, I find my calling fulfilled.
