Experienced with Cisco IOS/IOS-XR/NX-OS, for configuration & troubleshooting of routing protocols: STATIC ROUTING, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, and BGP v4. •In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Tier II ISP Routing Policies, IP-Subnetting, EtherChannel, VLSM, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SNMPv1-3 AND OTHER BASIC OPERATIONS such as:•Troubleshooting Layer1, Layer2 issues with field engineer. •Knowledge of cloud networking technologies, with the AWS specific services such as Transit Gateway and VPC, automation tools, including Terraform, and CloudFormation, or Ansible.•Experience with Palo Alto PA Firewalls, checkpoint firewall.•Identifying, troubleshooting, resolving network problems and monitoring systems in a network management center •Experience designing, deploying, maintaining, and improving Cisco Nexus and Palo Alto network infrastructure. •Implementing LAN/WAN connections: IP Routing, Multi-Layer Switching, WAN equipment. •Escalated problems with the internal Network engineering and external vendors as required. •Created and managed Local VLANs based on department function, and configure ports with static IP VLAN assignment, static 802.1Q trunks, for layer 2 forwarding. •Utilized VLAN Spanning-Tree in conjunction with PVST+ for compatibility between Cisco and Juniper switches and for root bridge assignment.•Solid understanding and experience with SASE remote Access.•Experience in migration of hosted applications to a cloud environment using Microsoft Azure/AWS.•Experience using Infoblox to deliver DNS services across physical, virtual and cloud environments at scale for simplified DevOps, faster speed to market and higher ROI.•Experience with network operating systems, including Cisco Nexus Dashboard, NXOS, IOS, and any other relevant network operating systems.•Experience with load balancing and modeling tools (Riverbed Net planner etc).•Experience with Scripting languages like Python/Shell Scripting.
