I am a Senior Success Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud with enterprise experience in the Banking, Communications, Commerce, Marketing and Mining Industries. With an honours degree in Engineering, I am a problem solver who is passionate about architecture, design, project management, systems automation, process improvement, risk assessment, documentation, financial analysis and cost management. My professional focus lies in using technology to solve problems for businesses, translating unique business challenges into actionable documented requirements in order to support innovation and growth. I specialise in process improvement and application development of Cloud Platforms and Web Applications with expertise across both Waterfall and Agile methodologies on Javascript and.NET applications from ideation to deployment and support. My strengths include professional writing, communication and documentation, leveraging and implementing systems like CMS and LMS to improve user experience.My deepest digital platform specialisations are in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target), Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) and the Salesforce ecosystem but I pride myself on finding solutions outside the metaphorical box by leveraging connected systems. I am a Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant and Admin with knowledge in marketing, design and broader technology domains including being a Neo4j Graph Database Certified Professional. I have consulting and delivery experience in Adobe Commerce as well as personal interest and experience using Neo4j, Heroku, Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud Platform for assorted amateur and open source projects.Outside of work you can find me at the beach or in the bush while I share my passion and knowledge of nature with my three young kids or talking about robots and technology. If I\'m walking, running or riding my mountain bike I\'m still thinking about technology even when no one else is around.
