As a Senior Delivery Architect Director I assess a program’s business and technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. My team is responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. We define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The Senior Director has complete responsibility of a portfolio of project and serves as an Executive Sponsor on Mid and Large programs with complete implementation oversight with full financial accountability.
