Together with my team & peers, we ensure that all of Salesforce\'s on-boarding and learning & development operations take place flawlessly. My role also encompasses leadership of Salesforce\'s Coaching, Mentoring & Teaming functions.A few stats:We on-board > 12k new employees annually, the majority in person, in various global hubs.We provide leadership & employee development programs to > 45k employees.We have > 400 trained internal coaches and > 450 trained team facilitators, and > active mentoring engagements. As well as leading the team, I continue to develop and deliver leadership programs, coaching/mentoring and teaming at all levels of the organization and externally.
