Lead various teams of different sizes while performing efficient and effective financial statement audits and reviews of privately held regional companies and non-profit organizations ranging from $5M to $500M in annual revenue. Although financial statements are valuable I look for the additional value-add opportunities with clients- I have a strong background in taxes when it comes to compliance, transactions or estate planning. My expertise is focused around 1120s, 1120S, and 1040s (although I have ample experience with 1065s). I frequently consult on taxes as it\'s a very important part of being in public accounting- Assisted numerous clients through acquisitions, sales and succession planning. From a technical standpoint, I have a deep understanding of how transactions work (GAAP, tax and general business). I also have a deep network of trusted professionals and lenders who I have worked with. Ensuring a client\'s team includes the right people is very important to achieving success- Relationships are everything to me both internal and external. Externally, I enjoy working with clients and getting to know their business and needs. Servicing them to my best ability is important via timely responses and meetings throughout the year. I am a veteran of working with new clients and creating a strong relationship from the start. Internally, I am apart of new hire recommendations, onboarding team, intern team (in prior years), and I am a mentor to colleagues at all levels.Realistically, I do far more than I can type here.
