Operations Leader for two manufacturing Value Streams in Shannon, a multimodal facility. Ensuring customer demand and business targets are achieved in both the Inspection Technologies value stream, producing flaw detection and thickness measurement probes and instruments, machined metalwork, and ceramic sensing elements; and the Subsea pressure team who manufacture acoustic leak detection systems, single phase flow meters and provide subsea harness termination services. Responsible for all operational tasks including EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety), quality, resource and equipment management, fulfilment, and materials planning, with financial accountability. Driving continuous improvements through a Lean Six Sigma culture and the A3 methodology to deliver continuous benefits to both external and internal customers, while providing efficiency and productivity gains to the business.
