ABOUT IAIN BLATHERWICK
With over 30 years of experience, my background is in corporate transaction work for private and public sector clients, as well as expertise in partnership and LLP issues. In 2009, I was appointed Managing Partner and led the firm for 11 years through a period of sustained growth and activity before stepping down in 2020. I now specialise in private client work, with a focus on family businesses, trust and partnership structures.After 11 years of leadership I also wanted to make full use of the experience I had gained to help others, so qualified as an Executive Coach. I completed the Academy of Executive Coaching (AOEC) Practitioner Diploma course, and I am accredited at Practitioner level by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I use a range of coaching techniques and tools to help clients develop their leadership skills, build effective teams, and navigate complex business challenges. As an executive coach, I\'m focused on helping individuals and organisations achieve their goals and reach their full potential. With many years of experience in leadership and governance, I\'m well-equipped to provide executive coaching support to clients. My approach is tailored to each client\'s individual needs and goals, and I work collaboratively with them to develop a coaching plan that is both challenging and supportive.
