I am a Solicitor and my main area of practice is professional indemnity and insurance law. I act for both London market and composite insurers and for a wide variety of professionals. I also specialise in professional regulation, often appearing before regulatory bodies and their tribunals on behalf of insurers and their insureds. I have particular expertise in policy disputes, particularly those involving fraud, late notification, non disclosure and aggregation. I regularly act for both primary and excess layer insurers in this regard. I am a Solicitor Advocate and trained mediator.
