Accountable for integrating Logística del Mayab, B Logistics (forwarder) and Last Mile under one P&L and a standardized regional operating model. I lead a ~US$75M P&L, a 500+ unit fleet (owned + third parties), and the rollout of a 24/7 Control Tower powered by AI and telematics, integrated with TMS and Fabric/Power BI for D-1 executive decision-making.• Strategy & finance: enterprise strategy, capital allocation (leasing vs. own), zero-based budgeting, ROIC, and master agreements with critical suppliers.• 24/7 Control Tower: TMS–telematics reconciliation, exception-based alerts, executive dashboards, and disciplined focus on OTIF, uptime, and cost per km as north-star KPIs.• Operational excellence: mature S & OP, maintenance & reliability (MTBF/MTTR), safety (LTIFR), fleet productivity and routing; multi-site standardization.• Customers & service: SLAs with anchor accounts, B2B experience, and data-driven continuous improvement.• Talent: succession bench and an Operators Academy as pipeline; culture of safety, ESG, and collaborative leadership.First 120 days (2025): full diagnostic, KPI baseline, Control Tower go-live, and fleet master plan; efficiency pipeline for 2026 across cost/km, uptime, and service.2026 objective: OTIF ≥96%, uptime ≥90%, −8–10% cost/km, and replication of the playbook across key bases.
