Responsible for a team of restructure executives charged with the monitoring and management of the Bank’s distressed accounts. Additionally, the role includes the chairmanship of the CAMP (watch list)and Impairment Committees.Duties and responsibilitiesAs the second line of defense, the Head of Loan Administration will be responsible for but not limited to the following activities:Distressed Accounts• Responsible for the evaluation, management and disposition of a complex portfolio of leveraged transactions • Primary objectives include evaluating, structuring, negotiating and implementing strategies to maximize recoveries or investments while balancing relationship and portfolio risk objectives• Lead negotiator on numerous restructure agreements, steering committee issues and sale transactions • Oversees OREO portfolio and accounting areaCAMP (watch list)• Responsible for the distress credit review processes and meetings • Chairs committee • Designated credit approval authorityAsset Quality Forecasting• Work extensively with Finance and Accounting teams to review, model and communicate expectations for criticized and non-accrual account levels• Oversee risk rating Sox compliance process for Loan AdministrationConstruction Loan Administration• Oversee construction loan disbursement process and proceduresImpairment Committee• Review and approve all FAS 114 memos• Chairs committee
