Led by the strength of our values and a culture shaped by employee ownership, we network with each other, build on each other’s contributions, and collaborate together to make great things possible. • Responsible for managing the pursuit from pre-marketing through interview and award. • Partners with architecture sectors to provide research and participate in pre-positioning and GNG discussions. • Upon the RFQ/RFP release, leads proposal meetings, creates work plan to communicate expectations, develops submittals in InDesign, as well as manages the review production process. • Involves additional resources such as graphic designers and pursuit strategists as needed.
