ABOUT DAVID SHERWOOD HILL

I build companies and AI-driven systems designed to leave the world better than I found it. That’s not a slogan. It’s how I live. I’m a devoted husband to Kristie, a proud father of four daughters, two stepdaughters, and a daughter-in-law, a brother, a friend, and a US Air Force veteran. I share life with Jackson, our 125-pound “puppy,” and I bring that same loyalty to the people and teams I serve. To me, leadership isn’t a title—it’s a promise kept on the frontline. I’m a man of deep faith. My friend and spiritual mentor is Max Lucado, and Kristie and I are grateful to be part of the Oak Hills Church community. My career began at Procter & Gamble, where I spent 14 years learning how meaningful companies are built—through consumer insight, brand discipline, and relentless frontline execution. That foundation shaped everything that followed. I later served in senior leadership roles before stepping into the founder’s seat. Today, I am the Founder and CEO of WeGood?® System Inc, where I build AI systems designed to align strategy with frontline execution and improve operational readiness. Within this work, I’ve developed: • WeGood?® — an AI-driven system that ensures strategy becomes reality on the frontline by aligning execution from the CEO to the point of work • POPS™ (Perfect Order Performance System) — an AI-driven system that optimizes spare-parts availability while improving total supply chain cost and flow • 10 Minute Work Coach™ — a practical decision-support tool that gives leaders clear options work 1:1 with me, as the clock is ticking My work sits at the intersection of AI, leadership, and real-world execution. I design systems leaders actually use—not just admire. My academic path includes a BS in Civil Engineering, the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, and an MS and PhD in Organizational and Leadership Sciences from Our Lady of the Lake University. My doctoral work produced High Quality Leadership® Theory, a research-based framework that unites competence and character into measurable impact. I serve the executive community as Secretary of the Harvard Business School Club of San Antonio, and I serve locally as Bexar County Precinct Chair. I am a candidate for Bexar County Commissioner, Precinct 2 (2026), building a long-term runway for civic leadership. Strategy only matters if it shows up on the frontline.
