As AlixPartners Chief AI Officer my role is to draw on my industry and consulting experience to drive the practical implementation of AI and related technologies in our internal operations, across our service lines and make it integral to the way we advise our clients and deliver our results. I have extensive experience in both management consulting and industry executive roles. My technical knowledge and understanding of the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with clear commercial outcomes has enabled me to deliver successful projects for Private Equity, Consumer, Retail, Technology, Media and Telecommunications clients. In addition, I have expertise in consumer insights, customer lifetime value, pricing, demand planning, and digitally enabled operations. Before joining AlixPartners, I worked in industry as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at a global design and packaging graphics firm. In this role, I delivered an enterprise-wide transformation that increased EBITDA for the company by 20% using a combination of process improvement, automation, and ML.
