I am involved in a project from the start, and together with our consultants we create software features for our clients and get the best out of Agile development- Manage the scope of multiple projects, including budget, time, and the quality of each- People planning across multidisciplinary teams- Set up project governance while managing expectations with various stakeholders on all levels internally, and externally- Create a safe place to work for all consultants in our projects- Identify and escalate risk promptly, solving problems and taking appropriate actions when problems arise within the team, or among clients and/or suppliers- Executing the SCRUM MASTER role in agile client projects- Advising customers in digitization projects- Close collaborator for the internal sales department
