ABOUT HOLLY YEAGER
I am a strategic program and portfolio leader within the Digital Technology PMO at United Airlines, accountable for driving enterprise initiatives from strategic direction through coordinated execution. My work centers on leadership, alignment, and sound decision-making across technology, business, and operations. As Manager – DT PMO, I provide overarching leadership for complex, multi-team programs—shaping priorities, resolving cross-organizational dependencies, and ensuring initiatives are properly funded and supported. I partner closely with senior stakeholders to guide outcomes while enabling delivery teams to execute without my involvement in day-to-day mechanics.I also lead portfolio-level financial coordination, working with Finance and Fixed Assets to manage investment strategy, budgets, and capitalization across multi-million-dollar initiatives. Known for operating effectively in ambiguity, I bring clarity, stability, and forward momentum while building trusted partnerships that drive sustainable enterprise impact.
