With several years of experience in applied behavior analysis, I am a passionate and dedicated leader in the field of behavioral health. As a Regional Coordinator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Positive Behavior Supports Corporation, I oversee the quality and delivery of evidence-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges across multiple counties. I also provide clinical supervision, training, and mentoring to a team of behavior analysts and technicians, ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards. Previously, I served as a Clinical Director where I managed the operations and clinical outcomes of a center-based program for children with autism and other developmental disorders. I have extensive skills and knowledge in behavioral assessment, intervention, parent education, and staff development, as well as previous certifications in Nonviolent Crisis Prevention Intervention and Safety Care. My mission is to empower individuals and families with the tools and support they need to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I am also committed to advancing the field of behavior analysis through research, advocacy, and collaboration.
