Identifies issues & tasks and works to determine a solution for a positive outcome- Releases host orders, fixes price discrepancies, issues PO cancellations, and resolves new store order issues to be reviewed & resolved as quickly as possible - Daily communication with plants: PO cancellations, expedition requests, order day changes- Keeps plants up to date on customer operations- Internal and external communications management between customers and colleagues- Pricebook management - staying on top of pricing issues, alerting management to issues, correct pricing manually, or request uploads of new pricebooks to ensure accuracy of pricing changes- RGA & Compliance management for customer accounts- Updates master list to ensure store lists, plant lists, and pricing are aligned with the most up to date information- Regular data pulling and analyzing sales metrics to share with the team
