ABOUT HOLLY MURPHY

Agile Project Manager/Product Owner/Scrum Master with 20+ years of experience in Software Development & Information Systems, working with clients in more than 30 countries. I have led projects using multiple methodologies and frameworks : Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, LeSS) and Waterfall. Hands-on experience in multiple roles: Scrum Master/Product Owner/Business Analysis on engagements using SAFe/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall/Hybrid Frameworks; and Lead on cross team internal software and DevOps Projects.My strong technical experience with SQL and Python for scripting and as data analysis tools, as well as my focus on AI and Machine Learning Projects gives me the ability to successfully use data driven planning to put solutions in place and mitigate risk on projects. I have extensive expertise in Business Data Analysis, and Process Mapping and Improvement. My passion for Agile Development Practices, Agile Transformation Consulting, and Continuous Process Improvement ensure a thorough review of Best Practices on every project.I thrive in outcome based environments, but I am equally comfortable when we don\'t yet know the outcome, just the wish.I like to ask questions, understand the problem, and map the paths.My favorite spot is where I am contributing to the vision and and aiding developers, engineers, and agile teams to deliver and support new technology and alleviate technical debt - I love to help figure out the path to where a client wants to be, while using a Servant Leadership approach to guide my teams to where they need to be. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish with basic reading skill in Italian, and French.
