Holly Buchanan joined Katz & Associates in 2017 bringing with her over twenty years devoted exclusively to retail site selection, leasing and retail/office sales.Prior to joining Katz & Associates, she was Vice President at Kabat Real Estate Solutions. Holly covers Tennessee, Kentucky, Arkansas, Mississippi and Alabama for her clients.In 2016, Holly and business partner Emily Schneller were selected by National Vision to oversee their expansion of America\'s Best Eyewear throughout the state of Tennessee.Born and raised in the Nashville area, Holly has extensive knowledge of not only the local market but also the entire state due to strong relationships with other brokers, owners and developers. She earned the coveted CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2009, which is held by only four percent of commercial real estate practitioners. Holly is active at the National level for CCIM serving as Region 6 Vice President in 2017, Co-Chair for Chapter Activities Sub-committee and is also on the CCIM Foundation board. Additionally she is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the global trade association for the shopping center industry. She served as the Tennessee State Director from 20••••14.
