My responsibilities include.Supporting Health and Nutrition Goals of the Govt. of Bihar•Bal kuposhan mukt Bihar (training of AWW & ASHA for 2 days and community awareness through nukad natak )•Conducted ToT for ADDM (Diarrhoea Disease Management) and Training of ANM on Quality ANC(4 days), Routine Immunization and MDR•Social Audit of Anganwadi Centres•Health sub centre meeting with AWW and ASHA for implementation of HBNC•Worked/ Volunteer in Saharsa Flood for Winetrized Kit Distribution and WASH intervention in Community and Schools•Training on home visit planner to ANM, ASHA and AWW for implementation of HBNC•Formation of DRG (District Resource Group), BRG (Block Resource Group) and Training of DRG & BRG members on ISSNIP (ICDS System Strengthening) •Capacity building of Block Manager in VHSND, R.I,HBNC, MNH toolkit & Malnutrition•Gap analysis of facility and make improvement plan •Monitor Implementation of RMNCH+A with District Monitor B-TAST & DHS officials•Supportive supervision of VHSND/RI session for quality improvement•Capacity building of ANM and ASHA on Maternal and Child Health through participation in their monthly meeting and VHSND•Monitor and facilitate the availability and flow of logistics for maternal and child health activities, such as injection oxytocin, magnesium sulphate, vitamin k, misoprostol, ORS & Zinc, IFA, Vaccines and Antibiotics•Inter sectoral collaboration with Health, DWCD, Education and PRIs•Liaise and Advocacy with D.M/D.C,CMO, DPO,ACMO,MOIC,CDPO,DHS and PRIs•Consolidate and collate data on program progress, analyze information and prepare reports and provide relevant feedback to supervisor
