In addition to my F&B responsibilities, I have the opportunity to rotate through key hotel functions including Rooms Operations, Guest Services, and Sales & Marketing, to gain a comprehensive understanding of full-service hotel management.Throughout the program, I am engaged in ongoing leadership training and strategic development, including goal-setting, performance planning, and cross-functional collaboration. A key focus of my role is to uphold and enhance The Langham’s commitment to luxury service standards. From daily operations to special events, I strive to deliver thoughtful, anticipatory service that reflects the brand’s dedication to refined guest experiences. This experience is equipping me with the operational insight, leadership skills, and service mindset essential for a long-term career in global luxury hospitality.
