ABOUT HERMAN M. BROWN

A Certified Treasury Professional with over 10 years of Treasury experience, half of which served in management capacity, and a proven track record of creating results; I believe that I am the perfect candidate for your Sr. Director, VP/Treasury position. I just recently completed a term under contract with Forterra, Inc. in which I was responsible for managing the company’s domestic and international liquidity positions as well as administering their newly restructured $1B debt facility. My past experiences involve managing all cash management functions (cash concentration and disbursements), managing intercompany cash and intercompany lending practices, forecasting cash and other forms of income as well as future debt and interest payments, and overseeing banking relationships and the renegotiation of bank and merchant services fees. Further, I have managed the monthly and quarterly debt reporting and covenant compliance for debt facilities ranging from $300MM to $1B for public, private, and private equity-owned companies. Lastly, I integrated six newly acquired companies into the corporate structure while at Forterra, managed the divestiture of a subsidiary company as it related to Treasury and was responsible for managing a joint venture (post divestiture) between Forterra and the new buyer.
