I started my career as a software engineer with Nomovok-VietNam; an open-source software company originally in Finland in May 2007. Working under the direction of senior members, I developed a cross-platform application for Nokia devices and company management software. Utilizing my academic and professional knowledge, I dedicated eight years in Drupal Australia while working with VECCI, Western University of Sydney, Bienalto-Wunderman, and Deloitte, Here I gained an opportunity to work in a Drupal community, designing and implementing Drupal high performance, scalability, and security system, update and migrate, build multilingual websites, using the cloud, docker, composer, git and CI/CD.I currently work as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Deloitte Consulting Pty Ltd, where I have been able to further strengthen my technical acumen, designing and implementing an enterprise-grade digital platform for the company and local government, partnership with Acquia, AWS, and Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare.Furthermore, throughout my 12 years of development career in different countries and cultures (Australia, US, South Korea, and Viet Nam), I have obtained extensive experience in preparing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating IT projects. I have also enhanced my communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese, and built up a high level of strategic planning, problem-solving and interpersonal skills. I am also comfortable working in a team or under minimum supervision.
