ABOUT HENRY KAYSER

After the U.S. Naval Academy, I served as a Marine Officer running operations on 4 continents. Now, I’m pursuing operations director roles in New Zealand. As an accomplished Director of Operations managing teams in high pressure situations, I managed operations and logistics throughout Asia, Europe, and the United States with an $18 million budget delivering results on budget and on time. Commissioned an Officer in the United States Marine Corps, I travelled the world experiencing unique opportunities to lead, mentor, and solve some of the more complex operational and strategic problems. The experiences gained working with the Australians, Canadians, Japanese, South Koreans, New Zealanders, Norwegians, and Saudi Arabians have allowed me to develop an unorthodox perspective on culture, business, and the varied possibilities of solutions to problems at hand.My MBA from Lawrence Technological University has allowed me to translate my military experiences and knowledge into common business terms and references. My diverse military career has exposed me to acquisitions and project management, information and knowledge management, and chaotic and uncertain environments allowing me the opportunity to excel. I am looking for the next challenge in Operations/General Management roles in New Zealand.
