ABOUT HENRY FERNANDEZ

I am passionate about the evolution of technology and digital media as a new way of developing and growing a business. I think the evolution to digital has completely transformed a company\'s customer experience, processes, and business models. In the last 4 years, I have developed strong knowledge in marketing through digital media, using social networks, for the design, maintenance and implementation of the marketing plan on digital platforms and customer journey through marketing funnel. I’ve managed applications as later and sprout social to plan and analyze campaigns. I have managed to differentiate my proposal and experience as a Digital Marketing Project Manager. I’ve developed e-commerce strategies based on Shopify platform to create an online experience and help to get more traffic, brand awareness, conversion and retention. This include connect different social media platforms, build webpage look and feel keeping the brand strategy, SEO and E-mail marketing strategy to get web traffic and brand awareness making easy the conversion process through online store. With more than 7 years of experience in the Telco sector, I have participated in the implementation of the Telco Digital concept as a business model for the creation of digital services, leveraging revenue growth and optimizing agile and efficient operation. Combining my business acumen and extensive technical background, I am able to devise strategic IT roadmaps that align business and technical requirements while ensuring risks are mitigated and resources are maximized. Furthermore, my proven strengths in collaboration and negotiation allow me to engage and influence staff throughout the organization, an essential skill when navigating complex change and deploying new technologies. I am a Telecommunications Engineer, with a diploma in Project Management, Strategic Management and Digital Marketing and Facebook Certification.
