ABOUT HENNING C. FISCHER

I started my career at General Motors in 1994-95 as Master Thesis Student. There, I build my passion for the automotive industry. Many years with challenging assignments in product development followed, GM was a perfect company to understand what global engineering really means. In 2019, I started to work at SEGULA Technologies. As department leader, I was heavily involved in transforming teams with an OEM background to an ESP mindset (\"Think like an OEM, act like an ESP\"). A challenging journey, wereby at the same time, the automotive industry is in the middle of the biggest transformation in history. I am delighted to be part of it.
