My passion: To help others and to add value to every business, organisation and person that I work with, through the provision of Advisory services. I am a highly motivated asset and digital transformation specialist and organisational change manager with vast experience leading the development and implementation of various innovative solutions, that have addressed and solved critical strategic, technology and organisational issues for asset intensive clients. I am a customer-oriented, forward-thinking individual who is very passionate about delivering high value products/services to end-users.My interpersonal and leadership skills have helped me to effectively build high performing teams, build positive working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, train and coach teams while facilitating and streamlining key decision making processes to generate innovative propositions and drive business growth. I have worked on streamlining and leading large transformational change projects in the UK, USA and across New Zealand and Australia. My experience is market agnostic, having worked across transport and infrastructure (airports, roads, rail), Defence, utilities and industrial markets.
