ABOUT HELENO GUIMARÃES CARVALHO

I am an Administrator with more than 20 years of professional experience in the areas of Purchasing, Finance, Contracts, Health and Networks, working in large oil, electricity, telecommunications and automotive companies. I currently work at Petrobras, where I develop the planning and budgeting sector for maintenance costs of offshore platforms, planning employee health services, closing contracts and negotiations throughout the north of Rio de Janeiro with hospitals and developing indicators and management tools in health and planning, restructuring and optimization of the Goods and Services contracting sectors by implementing SAP, the Petronect Portal for corporate bidding and finally developing the Reverse Auction not only in the Supply sector but also in the executive management of Shared Services! I have an MBA in Finance, Controlling and Auditing from FGV, an International Executive MBA from Ohio University and an MBA in Telecommunications Management from FGV. I have skills in engineering management, SAP and world history. I am the author of publications on reverse auctions and optimization of supplementary health resources. My objective is to contribute to the planning and optimization of Petrobras\' processes and resources, seeking operational excellence, sustainability and stakeholder satisfaction.
