My mission is to create movement in people and businesses to drive positive change, and I\'ve had a passion for leadership for as long as I can remember. I have been fortunate to work for the H&M Group for more than 26 years, in various roles and countries. I started as a business controller and continued in leadership roles within buying and assortment, HR, sourcing, sustainability, tech, AI, expansion and supply chain. 2020 I got the opportunity to take on the position as CEO of the H&M Group. Those years developed my skills in building iconic brands, leadership, transformation and crisis management. Together with extraordinary colleagues we managed to navigate the company through a pandemic and other geopolitical challenges, always with our customers at heart and without loosing sight of our mission: to create meaningful growth.
