ABOUT HEIDI RØRHOLM

At Beierholm Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab, the value contribution consists of knowledge and experience within finance, tax, digitisation and (almost) everything else that Danish SMEs need. Simplified, you can say that my talented colleagues are our product. It is inspiring and enlightening to work with people who know what they are doing and are passionate about it. I am head of section at Beierholm\'s Aarhus office. I am responsible for our administration and for a welcoming atmosphere throughout our house for customers as well as employees. Constructive discussions, management communication and coordination of collaboration across the section are typical themes in my everyday life. I contribute to strategy development and strategy execution locally, and I coordinate the section\'s customer activities. My experience as management support and my skills in communication and process management are at stake every day. I practice being a good leader and embracing people\'s differences. It is exciting to help develop a business packed with experience and talent, to find one\'s own strength and that of others in a large partner-driven organisation - and to turn up at work every day and face new tasks and issues.
