ABOUT HEIDI LEANDER NEILSON
When I see the opportunity to make improvements, through others or by taking a chance, I do it and make the most of it. If my surroundings change and become though, I look for solutions and news ways to get the job done. We don\'t always succeed but I choose to learn from the experience. I am glad to have had the opportunity to work in very different jobs with many different employers and as an employer myself. That together with completing my qualifications as a projectleader (PMA), completing a masters degree with an exciting field study in the Himalayas in Nepal, and living in one of the most demanding climates in the world, in Ethiopia, has provided me with insight and perspective which I am very greatful for. I like to understand why people react like they do. This is an important key to ensure good communication. Ensuring and improving communication is rule number one to a better understanding and to achieve results together.
