Lead efforts to improve recruiting processes, implementing enhancements and optimizations to deliver consistent results and a positive customer experience.Change Leadership: Lead and facilitate organizational changes, ensuring effective transitions and smooth implementation across recruiting and staffing functions.Compensation & Benefits Analysis: Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive compensation strategies and provide support for compensation proposals as needed.Technology & Data-Driven Recruiting: Leverage recruiting technology and data analytics to enhance the efficiency of recruiting strategies, using data insights to inform and drive key recruitment decisions within the business.
